About Te Pera Mahi Oranga
Te Pera Mahi Oranga exists to support individuals and whānau to move from crisis into stability, and from stability into independence.
THE PROBLEM WE ADDRESS:
Many individuals and whānau face overlapping challenges:
- Housing instability
- Addiction and recovery needs
- Limited access to employment pathways
Without coordinated support, these challenges continue in cycles.

Our Approach
We deliver more than temporary accommodation.
We provide a clear pathway forward, including:
• Safe, supported transitional housing
• Individual support planning
• Life skills development
• Cultural and identity-based support
• Connection to employment, training, and external services
Every individual we work with is seen, valued, and supported to move from crisis to stability, and from stability to independence.

Our Vision
To see whānau thriving in safe homes, connected to purpose, identity, and community.

Our Mission
To provide culturally grounded housing and support services that restore dignity, strengthen whānau, and create pathways to long-term wellbeing.
